COVID-19 Update

The safety and well being of our residents and staff continues to be our number one priority at Hall & Prior.

At present we have no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our homes in NSW or WA.

Currently all of our NSW homes are open to visitors with following restrictions:

Residents in our homes in the Greater Sydney area (including the Central Coast) can only have two visitors each per day. Residents in our Grafton home may receive more than two visitors, subject to social distancing requirements in the home.
Visitors from the Northern area of the Northern Beaches, City of Wollongong, Cumberland City Council, Canterbury Ward or Canterbury Bankstown Council are excluded from visiting.
Specific visitor exclusions also exist for people who have visited or live in the suburbs of Mount Druitt or Rooty Hill.
Visitors who have been in the following Local Government Areas of Queensland since 2 January 2021: City of Brisbane, Logan City, City of Ipswich, Moreton Bay Region, Redland City, Lockyer Valley Region, Scenic Rim Region or Somerset Region are excluded from visiting.
Specific visitor exclusions exist for people who have visited or stayed at Hotel Grand Chancellor, Brisbane.
All staff and visitors must wear masks and follow all COVID-19 protocols, including entry screening, hand hygiene and social distancing.
Visitors will also be excluded if they have someone who is self isolating at home/in their family.

In WA our homes are open to visitors by appointment, but we remain vigilant to the ongoing threat of COVID-19.

All visitors are screened and we ask you to please stay away if you are unwell.
