COVID-19 Visitor Access Information for Our Homes in NSW and WA

This week we started the very important task of rolling out the COVID-19 vaccine to our residents in WA and NSW.

Our number one priority is and has always been keeping our residents and staff safe and well.

We thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Western Australia

All of our WA homes are now open to visitors. 

All COVID-19 screenings and protocols must be adhered to upon entry.

To help us to keep our homes COVID safe we ask that you please make an appointment to visit.

And we remind you that it is still a requirement for anyone entering an aged care home to have an up-to-date flu vaccination and evidence of it to show our staff.

New South Wales

All of our NSW homes are now open to visitors with the following restrictions:

• Residents at our NSW homes now have no limit to visitor numbers, but we encourage you to make an appointment to visit to ensure we are able to maintain social distancing requirements in the home.
• Visitors who have been to areas of concern in Auckland, New Zealand in the past 14 days.
• All staff and visitors must follow all COVID-19 protocols, including entry screening, hand hygiene and social distancing.

Visitors will also be excluded if:

• they have someone who is self isolating at home/in their family.
• they have any COVID-19 symptoms including fever (37. 5°C or higher).
