COVID-19 Visitor Access Information for Our Homes in NSW and WA

As the COVID-19 pandemic is constantly evolving we ask that you please check the details below for your state or contact your home directly.

We continue to work hard to protect our residents and staff from COVID-19.

Our staff are now 100% COVID-19 vaccinated in both WA and NSW (first dose).

Western Australia

Thank you for your understanding as we continue to navigate COVID-19.

Masks are no longer required for staff or visitors to our homes.

All staff and visitors must have had a 2021 influenza vaccination and must comply with all entry screening requirements.

Visitors from interstate must adhere to WA Government advice regarding COVID-19 testing, quarantine and isolation, and must not visit if under any quarantine or isolation orders.

Staff are encouraged to keep up-to-date with the list of public exposure sites before every shift.

Western Australia has a controlled border with most states and territories in response to COVID-19.

New South Wales

Thank you for your continued support during this period of lockdown in Greater Sydney and Regional NSW.

We are waiting on updated advice from NSW Health regarding the current lockdown and will advise you when this changes.

All of our homes in the Greater Sydney area will remain closed to non-essential staff and visitors as well as Grafton in Regional NSW.

Video or telephone calls are available to assist with keeping in touch with your loved one, please call your Home direct to arrange.

  • Staff must wear a surgical mask while in the home;
  • Visitor exemptions are permitted on compassionate grounds at each DON's discretion.

From 12 July 2021, it is essential that every person entering our homes, including staff, essential contractors or visitors (by exception), check in using the Service NSW QR code.

All staff and visitors should also be aware of current locations of interest released by NSW Health.

All staff must follow COVID-19 protocols, including entry screening, hand hygiene and social distancing.

We will continue to keep you up-to-date with any changes.
