Enjoying a variety of delicious, nutritionally balanced meals is an important part of maintaining good health and helping you feel at home. Old-fashioned favourites such as roast chicken, fish of the day and lamb rissoles make a regular appearance on the menu, not to mention sweet treats for morning and afternoon tea!
You’ll have a choice of hot and cold meals every day, and enjoy a special theme day menu each month for celebrations such as Christmas in July, Valentine’s Day, AFL Grand Final Day, and Melbourne Cup Day.
Our dieticians work closely with our kitchen teams to provide meals that support our residents’ clinical care without compromising on taste. We cater for allergies and cultural dietary requirements, and fulfil the nutrition and hydration needs of our residents to support their clinical care.
We monitor our residents’ weights and nutritional requirements closely, and our speech pathologists carry out assessments and provide recommendations for residents who experience difficulties eating.
